In Bug 464898 we discussed that we should also contribute Project Explorer to the default debug perspective.

This is the follow bug for that request. I'm also currently with SAP which is using the default debug perspective also for ABAP debugging and my understanding is that adding the Project Explorer would be very benefical for them.

Nice work Armin. Looks good to me, I plan to merge this today afternoon so that we can get possible feedback on this in M4.

N&N should not be a new entry. It should add the details to the existing N&N for perspective change and the screenshot needs to be updated.
