I believe almost none of our users change the default setting for parallel pull requests, thereby loosing performance in setups where multiple repositories are used. I suggest to increase the default of the parallel pull requests setting from 1 to 3.

Even for someone with limited bandwidth that should often perform better, since the network traffic and the local workspaces refreshes can be done concurrent, instead of being in a strict order.
