"Rebase Interactive" seems suboptimal to me. I'm not a native speaker, but grammatically it should be "Rebase Interactively". However, even that does not describe a thing, and typically view titles describe the view content, not an action you can do with the view.
Therefore "Interactive Rebase" seems the best title to me. Be aware that the menu item in the view menu is already labeled "Git Interactive Rebase".
