The GitHistoryRefFilterConfigurationDialog should have a minimum size. Height at least such that all buttons are visible and once the table has hit its minimum height, the dialog cannot be made smaller. Minimum width should be limited by the minimum width of the container of the three default buttons ("HEAD Only", "Current Branch (Local and Remote)", and "All Branches and Tags".
