Steps to reproduce:

1. Open ref filter dialog
2. Click "Add"
3. Enter "refs/tags/**" and hit <return>
4. New filter is removed; predefined filter with the same pattern is selected.

OK... but now notice that "Remove" is enabled. Click it. The filter is removed, even though is is still shown as "preconfigured".

Expected: "Remove" is disabled.
