When cloning a repository, you cannot specify the tag option for the remote configuration. In our setup tags are not created on the branches themselves. As a consequence you always have to go to Remotes->origin-><fetch node>->Configure Fetch->Advanced for setting the tag option.

It would be nice if the jgit clone command allowed explicitly setting the tag option. The clone wizard could then not only ask for the branches to clone but also allow setting the tag option (e.g. select 2 of 10 branches but fetch all tags).
