Since https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/162746/9/org.eclipse.egit.ui/src/org/eclipse/egit/ui/internal/staging/StagingView.java the option for blocking commits is not working correctly anymore. The "Push and Commit..." button remains enabled under all conditions.
